The Restored Covenant Edition (RCE) uses the text from the Original and Printer's manuscripts of the Book of Mormon and was created to restore a knowledge of the covenants in the Book of Mormon. The RCE formats text according to Hebrew parallelisms and highlights the words of Christ in 3 Nephi in red. The authors claimed in 1999 that this was the most accurate edition of the Book of Mormon.
