"...and upbraideth not..."

After Joseph reached out in hopeful yearning, revelations came slowly but surely. As the Saints continued to ask more questions, God gave them instructions to begin the “marvelous work” of restoring the Church of Jesus Christ (Isa 29:14; D&C 4:1). In subsequent years revelations were received, temples dedicated, and more souls received the word of the Lord through its members. Church leaders have been lead by God to adjust policies so as to adjust with changing times. But the beautiful doctrine of the gospel remains unchanged.
