Bible Concordance

Title
Bible Concordance
Description
A concordance is "an alphabetical index of the principal words in a book," in this case, the Old and New Testaments and the Apocrypha (Merriam-Webster). While its main purpose serves as a way to easily find a verse of scripture based on a single word, it is, according to the preface, likened to "the Setting up of many Candles in a Room, by which, though the Place be large, you may see into every Corner of it..." It is therefore also a way for one to better study the scriptures and how various verses may connect with each other.
