Description |
Abel Boyer's bilingual dictionary was an important contribution to "bilingual lexicography of his time." It was originally printed in 1699 and was "reprinted and revised numerous times during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries" (Cormier). This edition is a monument to its popularity since its first publishing.
