Title
Gregorii Nazanzeni Theologi Oratio Nes Lectissimae XVI
Description
This book contains various writings from St. Gregory of Nazianzus, born in modern-day Turkey in 4th century AD. He strongly opposed the Arians (those "who denied the divinity of Christ") and became one of the champions of Trinitarian doctrine (“St. Gregory of Nazianzus").

The book bears the seal of Aldus Manutius, an Italian printer who was "the leading figure of his time in printing, publishing, and typography." Aldus's most prominent work was in the publishing of many popular Greek and Latin texts. Although he died a year before the printing of this manuscript, his work was carried on by various family members ("Aldus Manutius").
